Scope
Pofuna offers personal reflection and structured thought exercises. It is not a therapist and does not diagnose, treat or recommend medication. It does not guarantee any health outcome or change in feelings. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Your account and records
Use an email you control and protect your sign-in details. Sign in with a verified account for personal reflections and voice calls; paid-feature access requirements appear on the purchase screen. Introductory examples are not personal reflection records. Do not access another person’s account or bypass security controls. Your writing remains yours; we do not claim ownership beyond processing needed to provide the service.
Purchases and renewal
For iOS: Pofuna Plus is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The total price and duration appear in your App Store currency before purchase; payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription renews for the displayed period and price. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. When offered, 7-day access is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. For Android: The total price, period and applicable terms appear in your Google Play currency at checkout; payment is charged to your Google Play account. Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period under the terms shown at checkout. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscription settings before the next renewal. When offered, one-time 7-day access does not renew automatically. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Voice minutes
Monthly and annual Plus plans include 10 minutes each month; one-time 7-day access includes 5 minutes total for that access period. Included minutes are available during the stated period and do not roll over. Buying extra minutes requires active Plus. Purchased extra minutes do not expire and remain usable after Plus ends. Your remaining time is tracked with your account. To restore purchases, use Restore purchases in the app.
AI assistance
AI is optional and requires separate permission. Generated text is a suggestion, not evidence of real events or a professional assessment. Check whether a suggestion fits your experience before adding it. The app cannot contact emergency support on your behalf.
Availability, changes and deletion
Maintenance or connectivity may temporarily affect access. Unsynced local records may not be recoverable after device loss. You can delete your account in the app. Updated terms and dates will be published for material changes. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Apple license
The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page does not create a separate support or warranty commitment from Apple.
