What can you do in Pofuna?
Write an automatic thought, optionally identify a thinking pattern and create your own response. You can revisit saved reflections. Optional AI support requires separate permission.
Who prepares this website?
The Pofuna development and editorial team prepares this website and its free educational resources. “Pofuna editorial team” identifies the publisher; it does not mean the author is a psychologist or psychiatrist, or that a clinician has reviewed the material. Our editorial policy explains the process.
Our purpose and limits
We aim to make it easier to take time for yourself and examine your thoughts. Pofuna does not provide therapy, diagnosis, personalised treatment or emergency care. You do not need an app to keep a thought diary; paper and a pen can work too.
Contact and feedback
If you spot an error, use the contact channel on our support page and include the page address and suggested correction. You do not need to include private diary entries or health information.
